Shipping Cost
- Shipping charges are calculated per product and will be shown on your checkout page.
- For orders within India, the shipping cost is ₹100 per product.
Shipping Time
- For domestic (India) orders, delivery usually takes:
- 5–7 days for major metro cities
- 8–10 days for other locations
This timeline starts once the order is confirmed.
Delays in Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates. Orders may arrive earlier or later depending on product availability and other factors.
- Delays caused by weather, strikes, courier issues, or any situation beyond our control cannot be considered for refunds or returns. We will inform you if such delays occur.
- Sometimes we may ship your order in multiple parcels. If you want to cancel, only the items not yet shipped can be cancelled (not applicable in all cases).
Product Availability
- We try our best to keep all products in stock and display accurate prices.
- If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you within 5 working days and arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Important Information About Your Address
- Any change in your address must be shared within 24 hours of placing the order. After that—or once the parcel is shipped—no changes are possible.
- For shipping to multiple addresses, please place separate orders. Please ensure your address and pincode are correct. If a courier company charges a penalty for an incorrect address, the customer must pay this fee.
- If the order needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. In some locations, couriers may leave the package at the door if no one answers. Sign confirmation may not always be available.
Lost in Transit
If your shipment goes missing in transit, we wait 15 days before reprocessing the order.
If the same product is unavailable, we will offer you either a refund or the option to choose another item.
Courier services may experience delays due to natural disasters or national emergencies.
